blue again

from the middle of my sophomore year in college, up until a few months ago... my hair looked like this:

this spring, when the dress code changed at Love's, i had to change my hair. after nearly 5 years of blue, it felt so WRONG to have brown hair... like part of my identity had been stripped away. it was like someone had suddenly outlawed my eye color or skin tone. for so many reasons i can't explain, it was pretty devastating.

luckily, my new job brought new opportunities and my cousin shannon was totally willing to help me out...

...my heart is so happy :)
